Seats (billable seats) have certain limits depending on your plan. For example, Personal plans only have 1 seat available, Starter plans have up to 5, Growth up to 15, and Enterprise unlimited. This means that depending on your expected seat count, you will need to choose your plan accordingly. 

Seats are defined as any Workspace Admin or Workspace Member, these are people that you have invited at the workspace level (typically your internal team or freelancers). Guests are <b>NOT</b> billed nor do they count towards your seats, however each plan has a limit on the # of guests allowed in a workspace. 

Personal workspaces are limited to 1 workspace admin / member. If you plan on supporting or having multiple people in a workspace, then you must create a team workspace.
